“Last week, you installed a set of Michelin tires on my wife's 2008 BMW X3. This is the second time (approx 5 yrs) I have used Tire Van and found your service to be as professional and competent as in the past. The young man (your Tech) was polite and professional. The truck and equipment were all in top condition. I was very impressed when he used a torque wrench to secure the tires. While this is the way it should be done, I don't think the BMW dealers actually do it themselves. In fact, I don't remember any tire store doing it the right way either. Unfortunately for me, our other car will be needing tires in about three months - at least I know using Tire Van will make the experience comfortable and convenient. I do recommend Tire Van to our friends and neighbors.”
